The quality of your life doesn’t entirely depend on external events; instead, it’s directly influenced by how your mindset interprets external events. Your beliefs, thought patterns, and emotional reactions form an inner operating system that filters every experience, determining how you feel.

Forget simple “positive thinking.” Meaningful change goes deeper than surface-level motivation. It involves leveraging your brain’s natural ability to adapt and evolve, a process known as neuroplasticity.

Applying principles proven to be effective by behavioral neuroscience, you can be trained to intentionally create and strengthen new neural pathways.

This allows you to reshape ingrained habits and emotional reactions, making personal growth a structured and sustainable process rather than a constant struggle.

Your brain isn’t static, nor is it casual. Every new thought and habit you build creates and strengthens new neural pathways.

While repeating patterns is very easy, creating new one can be conflictual and really difficult on your own; that’s what a mental coach is for.

Reticular Activating System (RAS)

The RAS is a network in your brainstem that acts as a filter for information. It determines what you notice and what fades into the background. Unfortunately your RAS can also start filtering out things that are good for you, and fix on the observations of things that are best left aside.

Trough the conscious definition of your goals and intentions, you will effectively programming your RAS to seek out relevant opportunities and information in your environment.

This is why when you decide you want something, you start seeing it everywhere. I’ll help you understand how to direct this powerful internal filter to work for you, not against you.

Emotional Biochemistry

Emotions are powerful biochemical signals, not random states you must endure. Learn to interpret and regulate these signals, giving you greater control over your emotional state and responses.

Neuroscience doesn’t mean to de-romanticize the mind, but rather to explain its biology. Your awerness of this biochemistry is important, as we can recognize negative and toxic emotional states, and defuse their effect on our lives with success, while also learning not to over-analyze positive and needed emotions.

Habit Architecture

The habits you want (and those you can’t get rid of) reside in specific brain loops; if you can’t change a habit, establish a healthier routine, or learn to quit an addiction, it’s not just “lack of will”.
