The Neuroscience of Lasting Change
Forget simple “positive thinking.” Meaningful change goes deeper than surface-level motivation. It involves leveraging your brain’s natural ability to adapt and evolve, a process known as neuroplasticity.

Emotions are powerful biochemical signals, not random states you must endure. Learn to interpret and regulate these signals, giving you greater control over your emotional state and responses.
Neuroscience doesn’t mean to de-romanticize the mind, but rather to explain its biology.
